EditWelcome to the AIS Enrollment Wiki!
On this wiki we hope to have a running commentary about the enrollment crisis in Information Systems. Some of us believe that this is the biggest threat to our field. It also represents a significant threat to organizations who cannot fill positions.
We have four initiatives:

EditCurriculum (are we offering what is being demanded?) (Edited by Ilze Zigurs)

EditOther news: AIS is sponsoring the development of a Second Life site, thanks to the efforts of Geoff Hubona. We will make an announcement when we are ready for visitors. We have purchased half of an island and Georgia State has purchased the other half. The idea is to provide several things, including:
1. A place for high school and college students to explore IS careers and undergraduate and graduate program materials. Eventually we will have a "myth debunking" center, a link to our lists of programs on AISWorld, and a place where sponsoring schools can place teleportation kiosks to go to their islands.
2. A large meeting room that can be reserved by AIS members as well as one or more smaller rooms.
3. A "sandbox" facility for AIS members to experiment and learn how to build in Second Life.
